Drs. McIntyre, Garza, Avila and Jurica, Optometrists

Me and the hubster have gone here for Dr. Mai. She's great! Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. She helped me get temp contacts before our wedding so I'd have something for nice photos. Same day! Even tho my prescription is not something normally kept in stock. My eyes are terrible...astigmatism and strong rx. Husband has used this office for a while and has always had a good experience. Highly recommended. All staff are friendly and professional.

This eye exam place was packed so I automatically assumed it was going to take long to get called but to my surprise it didn’t at all. Once I got called back I was treated so kindly and had all my questions answered about the eye exam equipment used. The eye exam equipment was more advanced than my previous optometrist office had. I’m so happy my eyes did not need to be dilated with drops because they have a machine that is a substitution for that option without having to wear dark glasses after and have someone drive for you. After that I was seated in another waiting area to wait for a doctor which wasn’t packed and was clean. I waited for about 3 minutes before being called by Dr. Avila who greeted me with a warm smile and kind words. She was kind and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions I had about my astigmatism and contacts. She went into depth explaining my vision and why it gets worse and how my astigmatism contacts work. She was wonderful! After that I was walked to another area by a girl who I did not ask her name but she was kind and knowledgeable as well. She explained how much my insurance covers and how much I have to pay depending on what I get and also an explanation of how much each contacts cost by daily, 6 month or yearly supply. My decision was made and was given a set of temporary contacts until mine came in. Mine had to be ordered due to my power and astigmatism. Check in/check out ladies we’re kind as well. 10/10 recommend! This will be my go to place from now on and will bring my family here as well.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I spoke with Diana regarding a contact lens for my daughter. It was my daughters quinceñera and she lost her contact lens. Diana was extremely helpful! She was able to provide the lens, as I was able to pick it up from out of town (Falfurrias) and saved my daughter from having to wear her glasses during her big night. Thank you to Mrs. Diana for your care and excellent customer service! Very pleased customer!

Jessica is awesome as always to greet as you come in and make you feel welcome and remembered. The next part of ordering contacts was great as well very educated and warm to converse with. Checkout was just as easy and pleasurable. The changes to the place look great! I've been seeing Dr. McIntyre since he opened up there. I would not be anywhere else.
